Steve Jobs was a pioneer of the personal computer revolution and he co-founded Apple Computer Company with Ronald Wayne and Steve Wozniak on  1st April 1976.

In 1977 Jobs and Wozniak Introduced Apple 2 at the West Coast Computer Faire and it went on to become one of the first highly successful mass-produced microcomputer products.

Apple Inc is one of several highly successful companies founded in the 1970s that bucked the traditional notions of corporate culture (a set of beliefs and behaviours that guide how a company's management and employees interact).

At Apple, employees are specialists in their area of expertise to ensure that the company have the "best-in-class" employees in every role. 

Iteration is Key: A product is built, tested and reviewed, then the design team improves on it and it's built all over again. These cycles take 4-6 weeks at a time and may be run many times over a product's development lifecycle. 

The Apple brand personality is about lifestyle; imagination; liberty regained; innovation; passion; hopes, dreams, and aspirations; and power to the people through technology.

Simplicity. Creativity. Humanity which leads to continuous improvement in their products.
