Hi y’all

I just wanted to drop you a quick postcard to let you know how I am getting on.

I have now tried, and failed, on many occasions to catch my friend Road Runner (beep beep) - what a journey it has been! Whilst I have been successful on 3 occasions. I have also had many opportunities that have failed. I do dislike the feeling of failure BUT it really helps me to think about what did go well so I can and build on my newly gained knowledge ready for me to try again but oh! What fun it can be creeping up on that pesky little fella and seeing if I can get closer each time I try to catch him.

What does this mean I hear you asking! Well, it is all about a journey of improvement, Quality Improvement. Did you know that there are lots of training opportunities available for you that is linked to Quality Improvement and best of all they are free.
